5 Shooting Tips:
1. Planting foot needs to be beside or ahead of the ball.
2. Flex your toes down (firm foot).
3. Make good contact with the center (or sides for curl) of the ball.
4. Make a nice high back swing.
5. The harder you hit the ball, the lower your shorter your follow through must be otherwise it will go over the bar).
