i am in high school and i really like a girl but it is sooo hard to tell her because she is continually around her other friends(their my friends as well) tho i am pretty sure that she likes me ,could be wrong??

so this is my situation, i found the most beautiful girl i have ever seen she is the one i describe as ideal, and at first it was really hard to see here (at college) but slowly i started seeing her more often and all of the sudden now i just see her everyday, and since the first day i saw her we made eye contact and since that day every time our we cross by each other we make eye contact, but for what people have told me she is a very rich and spoil girl and that its not for me.. any advise?
